Fiction Step-by-Step Outline for YA Contemporary Realism Story

I am seeking a skilled writer to create a detailed step-by-step outline for a YA contemporary realism story. The deliverables include: 1. A 150-word pitch describing the protagonist in detail, highlighting her compassionate yet stubborn nature, and explaining the main conflicts, major choices, and events in the story. 2. A comprehensive outline covering key plot points and character development. The story centers around a 16-year-old protagonist who is an English honor student but struggles with deep psychological trauma while being a caregiver to her daughter with severe medical needs. She craves freedom but feels cursed by her circumstances, including abandonment by her boyfriend (the father of her child) and facing a $500 truancy fine. Her journey includes revising her worldview through counseling suggested by her mother.
