AI Sales Agent Developer Required — n8n, OpenAI & WooCommerce We are seeking an experienced AI automation developer to build a fully integrated AI Sales Agent using n8n, OpenAI and our existing business systems. Project Objectives Develop an intelligent sales automation system capable of: * Instant lead response: Automatically engage new website, email and advertising enquiries via two-way SMS. * AI sales conversations: Qualify customers, answer product questions and collect detailed requirements. * Automated quotations: Connect to WooCommerce, identify suitable products, calculate accurate pricing using custom measurement and product options, and generate quotations through YITH Request a Quote. * CRM integration: Synchronise conversations, customer details, quotations and sales opportunities. * Automated follow-ups: Re-engage unanswered enquiries, outstanding quotations and previous customers through SMS and email. * Appointment scheduling: Integrate calendars and book qualified sales appointments. * Lead reactivation: Personalise outreach to existing CRM contacts. * Sales intelligence: Use a custom knowledge base containing product specifications, pricing rules and business procedures. Existing Platforms n8n Cloud, OpenAI, WordPress, WooCommerce, YITH Request a Quote, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and Bitrix24. Our n8n connection to WooCommerce is already operational. Required Experience Proven expertise in n8n, OpenAI API, WooCommerce REST API, custom WooCommerce pricing, conversational AI, SMS automation, CRM integrations and workflow development. Experience with WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator, Product Add-ons and YITH Request a Quote is particularly important. Project Goal Build a reliable, scalable AI sales workforce that manages customer enquiries from initial contact through qualification, quotation, follow-up and conversion, with minimal manual intervention. Freelancer Requirements Please provide examples of similar projects, your proposed technical approach, estimated fixed-price cost and delivery timeframe. We are seeking an experienced developer who can deliver a complete working solution, not simply a basic AI chatbot. The project will be delivered in milestones, beginning with WooCommerce product selection, pricing accuracy and automated quotations.
