Bilingual Asana Specialist for Corporate Demos

Asana Demo Specialist – USA | Native English + Spanish We are looking for an Asana Demo Specialist with strong hands-on experience using Asana, including configuring, implementing, and presenting the platform to businesses. The ideal candidate should be US-based, a native English speaker, an excellent communicator, and able to communicate professionally in Spanish. We need someone who can conduct commercial Asana demos, understand prospects’ needs, and clearly demonstrate how Asana can solve challenges related to project management, collaboration, workflows, productivity, and operational visibility.

Requirements

- Advanced, proven experience with Asana. - Experience conducting demos, presentations, or workshops for clients. - Ability to explain features and use cases in a simple, business-oriented way. - Native-level English. - Conversational/professional Spanish. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Experience working with corporate/enterprise clients is preferred.

Nice to have

- Experience as an Asana consultant, implementation specialist, trainer, or partner. - Strong knowledge of workflows, projects, portfolios, dashboards, forms, rules, automations, and integrations. - Experience in digital transformation, project management, or SaaS. - Experience conducting sales demos or participating in consultative sales processes.

Responsibilities

- Participate in commercial Asana demos with prospective clients. - Customize demos according to each prospect’s profile and business needs. - Explain relevant use cases and platform capabilities. - Participate in discovery calls and workshops when required. - Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to prepare and deliver demos.
