Education Outreach and Podcast Booking Coordinator MABEN Institute is seeking a reliable freelance coordinator to help introduce our work to schools, districts, education organizations, and podcast audiences. MABEN’s work is grounded in a central principle: Performance is not capacity. Performance is the expression of capacity under conditions. You will support Dr. Henric L. Horace, author of The Measure of a Child, former community-college dean, and founder of MABEN Institute. Primary responsibilities • Research school and district decision-makers. • Send personalized introductions and follow-up messages. • Schedule qualified meetings with education leaders. • Help manage podcast outreach and responses. • Review AI-generated podcast pitches for accuracy and tone. • Coordinate interviews, materials, and scheduling. • Maintain a MABEN-owned contact tracker or CRM. • Submit a concise weekly progress report. Ideal candidate • Excellent written English and professional judgment • Strong research, organization, and follow-through • Experience in education outreach, podcast booking, public relations, business development, or executive assistance • Comfortable contacting senior educators and podcast producers • Able to personalize outreach without using generic mass emails • Education-sector experience is preferred Terms • Remote freelance position • Approximately 10 hours per week • Initial 90-day trial • $600–$900 per month, depending on experience • Additional performance-based compensation for qualified opportunities and paid engagements generated through the freelancer’s outreach • Potential for continued and expanded work based on results To apply, please provide: 1.
