I need a comprehensive pricing formula for my home staging company for both my standard staging and luxury staging packages as well as for my monthly renewal fees if the home sits on the market and more staging time is needed.

(Warehouse, trucks, taxes, etc.) - Ensure a profit margin is included - Provide a clear, easy-to-use formula Monthly renewal fees after the initial 30, 45, or 60 day period. - Ability to determine what rate to charge monthly - I have been charging 30% after the initial 30 days for an additional 30 days prorated daily as needed. - With the shifting market competitors are offering 45 and 60 days, which has lost me jobs. Need to analyze if charging after initial 30 days, 45 days or 60 days profits the most. - Ability to determine if the rate should be staggered downward monthly and if so, how. Additional Requirements: 1. The first step involves presenting the pricing formula in a presentation format to review and refine. 2. Deliverables must include a detailed spreadsheet with formulas and a written report explaining the pricing structure. 3. The freelancer must develop multiple formulas tailored to different scenarios and demonstrate an understanding of the complexity of this business.
