Scaled Single-Story Home CAD Draft

I have a hand-drawn layout for a one-story home that will heat between 1,450 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft, and I’d like it translated into clean, scaled drawings I can use for planning (no permit submission needed). Floor Plan • Draw the overall footprint with exact length and width. • Label every room with its dimensions and show door sizes. • List the heated square footage separately from the total square footage under roof; the total must include the attached garage, covered porches/patios, and any carport or storage areas. Exterior & Roof Using the exterior look I’ll supply, create front, rear, and both side elevations plus a roof plan that calls out all key dimensions and roof pitches. Deliverables • PDF set ready to print or share • Fully editable AutoCAD (.dwg) file Please tell me your fixed price for the full package (my target budget is $300), how many minor revisions you’ll include, and your typical turnaround time. A concise, accurate set that I can tweak a couple of times before final sign-off is what I’m after.
