I’m running a 3- to 4-month pilot to test demand for our cotton menswear T-shirts across Nigeria and I need a hands-on field sales agent to make it happen. Your day-to-day will start with mapping the market: visiting open-air stalls, boutiques, chain stores and corporate buyers to learn who buys, what volumes move, and how pricing really works on the ground. While you gather those insights you’ll also be building genuine relationships, introducing our line and identifying the quickest paths to a first order. Once promising leads surface, you’ll negotiate within the price and margin guidelines I provide and push to convert at least a few of them into signed purchase orders before the pilot ends. Experience in menswear is a bonus, not a deal-breaker; what I value more is proven field-sales hustle, strong communication in English and at least one major local language, and the ability to move around your territory without hand-holding. Key deliverables I’ll review: • Weekly spreadsheet + short write-up summarising findings and competitor prices • A live contact list with decision-maker details and visit note and photos taken is mandatory of evrry field visit and every shop visited • three qualified deals in the pipeline and at least one closed order Meet or beat those targets and we can discuss a longer-term, commission-based arrangement.
