Excel Shift Schedule Data Entry

I maintain a master schedule in Microsoft Excel and want it updated with precise start- and end-times for every shift this month. Only the time ranges are changing; staff names and task columns are already in place. Because each employee follows a personalised rotation, the table has to accept different hours for different people on the same day rather than a fixed morning/afternoon/night template. Here is what I need from you: • Enter the provided start and finish time for every individual shift in the correct row and column. • Keep my existing formatting intact—colour bands, borders and merged headers—and extend it cleanly to any new rows you insert. • Use simple formulas (SUM, COUNTIF, etc.) so daily totals and weekly hours update automatically after your input. • Cross-check for obvious clashes or overlaps and flag anything that looks wrong in a separate “Notes” column. I will supply the current workbook and the raw time sheets as soon as we start. Please return a single, fully updated .xlsx file plus a short change log noting any issues you discovered.
