Kochi PLC Prototype Automation

I need a hands-on PLC specialist to help me bring a mechanical prototype to life during a one-week onsite sprint in Kochi, Kerala. The controller at the heart of the build is a Delta PLC, and the machine combines stepper motors, linear actuators and assorted sensors that must move in a tightly defined sequence. Your task is to write, load, test and fine-tune the program, then stand beside the rig while we commission it, troubleshoot any surprises and leave it running reliably. If you also know your way around Siemens or Mitsubishi hardware that is a welcome extra, but Delta fluency is what matters most here. Key expectations • Develop and document the PLC code that drives the full motion sequence • Integrate the stepper drives, linear actuators and sensor I/O, proving every interlock on the shop floor • Iterate quickly with me until the cycle runs repeatably and safely • Hand over the final program, wiring notes and a brief trouble-shooting guide before sign-off The lab and hardware are ready; I simply need your expertise in person in Kochi/Eranakulam for the duration of the build week.
