Complete House Plan Redesign

I have a full set of house plans that need a fresh architectural eye. The scope covers every layer—from optimising the interior room layout to refining all exterior elevations—so the final package feels cohesive, functional, and visually striking. You will receive a clear PDF image of the existing drawings to use as your base. From there, I’d like you to revise the floor plans, update circulation flow where necessary, adjust façades for improved curb appeal, and carry those changes consistently through the elevations and roof plan. Accurate dimensions, logical structural alignment, and well-considered window and door placements are essential. Please deliver updated CAD files (DWG or comparable) along with print-ready PDFs. If you prefer to work in Revit, SketchUp, or a similar platform, just let me know—what matters most is that the end result is professionally drafted, easy for a builder to follow, and true to contemporary design standards. Once I receive the revised drawings, I’ll review and compile a single round of feedback so we can reach a polished final submission together.
