X-Band LNA Design & Simulation

I have a radar programme that requires a low noise amplifier covering 9-11 GHz. The circuit must hit tight targets for Gain, Noise figure, and Impedance matching all at once, and every specification has to be traceable to military standards for environmental and EMI/EMC robustness. Keysight ADS and AWR Microwave Office are the native tools on this project, so every schematic, EM model, optimisation setup, and data file has to open cleanly in at least one of those platforms. Acceptance criteria and deliverables: • Native ADS or AWR project folder with fully optimised schematic, layout, and EM setup • Simulation report (PDF) detailing device choices, matching network rationale, stability analysis, S-parameters, NF, and yield/temperature sweeps against the stated mil-spec limits • Brief memo explaining how the design can transition to fabrication (substrate stack-up, via strategy, finish, etc.) When you respond, include examples of past work that prove you have already delivered X-band (or similar) LNAs or other microwave front-end blocks that met performance and ruggedisation requirements. A concise paragraph with links or screenshots is enough; no full proposal is required at this stage.
