Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing Support

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support our ongoing recruitment efforts.

The role

will involve identifying potential candidates, researching relevant professional profiles, initiating outreach, maintaining organized candidate records, and sharing qualified or promising candidates with our team for review. The ideal person is comfortable conducting online research, communicating professionally, and managing multiple candidates in an organized manner. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and clear communication are important. Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent research, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred, although we’re also open to candidates with strong research and communication skills who are looking to build experience in this area.
