Entry-Level Full-Cycle Recruiter

You will take ownership of our entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing passive and active candidates right through to coordinating their first day on the job. Although this is an entry-level role, I still expect you to be comfortable using common talent-acquisition tools—LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and a modern ATS—to build and nurture a pipeline that can handle both permanent and contract openings. Day-to-day work includes crafting engaging job posts, screening resumés, scheduling and running structured interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and preparing clear offer documentation. Once a candidate signs, you will stay with them through background checks, reference collection, and onboarding so their hand-off to HR feels seamless. The positions you will fill span multiple departments and can be either long-term hires or short-term contracts, so adaptability and strong communication are essential. If you already have creative Boolean search strings, an eye for culture fit, and a habit of keeping meticulous notes inside an ATS, you will ramp up quickly. Deliverables I will use to confirm success: • A sourcing strategy for the first three open requisitions • Weekly pipeline report exported from the ATS • Interview feedback summaries for every shortlisted candidate • An onboarding checklist signed off by new hires on day one Please tell me which recruiting software you know best and share a brief example of a role you filled from start to finish.
