Contemporary Photorealistic 3D Renders

I’m commissioning a complete set of photorealistic 3D visuals—both exterior and interior—for a contemporary residence that follows a clean, minimalist philosophy. The goal is to deliver imagery that feels cinematic: balanced global illumination, nuanced shadows, and material details so vivid that viewers can almost feel the grain of the wood, the coolness of the marble, and the subtle reflections on glass. Scope of work • Model and render every primary exterior viewpoint plus all key interior spaces. • Incorporate custom landscape design and natural elements that belong organically to the architecture. • Light the scenes realistically, using HDRIs or crafted setups that capture the mood at different times of day. • Apply precise texturing with physically-based shaders; I’ll supply reference samples for wood, marble, metal, and glass finishes. • Post-process the final images to production quality—color grading, minor touch-ups, and delivery in high-resolution formats ready for print and digital use. Tools & workflow I’m comfortable with industry staples such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop, so feel free to mix the ones you know best as long as the end result reaches cinematic fidelity. Acceptance criteria • Minimum of four exterior and six interior hero renders delivered at 5K resolution or higher. • Consistent contemporary styling and minimalist detailing across all views. • True-to-life lighting and textures, free of noise or artifacts. • Final files supplied as layered PSD/TIFF plus clean-background PNGs or JPGs for immediate use.
