Because the positions are senior and specialized, I will share detailed job specs, key performance indicators, and reporting lines at kickoff. You will then: • Map the market and create a target list of competitor distributors. • Reach out, qualify interest and experience, and conduct structured screening interviews. • Present an interview-ready shortlist with your notes, résumé, and compensation expectations for each candidate. A placement is considered successful once we issue a signed offer. The success fee is negotiable and released at that milestone.
