Private WhatsApp community Job Groups Setup

I need a complete, ready-to-use WhatsApp Community made up of 4–5 separate construction sub-groups where job seekers can join only the specialties that interest them. Before anyone receives a join link, they must supply the following details: • Job title and experience • Location and availability • Expected salary • Work permit expiry date Those answers should be stored neatly in a spreadsheet or simple database that I can access anytime. Inside each group, members must not be able to see one another; only I (as admin) should be able to post vacancies and communicate. If the standard group function cannot hide member details, an alternative such as announcement groups, broadcast lists, or a WhatsApp Business API workaround is acceptable—as long as the privacy goal is met.
