Application Operations Specialists Required

Job Application Specialists — U.S. Job Portals (60 job applications) Overview: I'm hiring Application Operations Specialists to perform job application submissions through U.S. company career portals and applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, and similar). This is ongoing, ATS-based production work paid per completed application. Your working hours: You must be available to work some time within the window of 10 am Eastern time to midnight Eastern time (end time). You will need to be available during this time frame in order to send me a message so that you can be granted access to an application to be used and also for ongoing receipt of codes needed to verify the email address of the applicant for an application. Pay structure: This is output-based work, not hourly. • A "completed application" includes job description saved in a file, uploaded to an app to get a tailored resume, completing and submitting the application (saving a pdf of the final page prior to submission), and logging password, date, and that you have finished in the tracking spreadsheet. (You must have communicated with me to receive codes typically). Important note: The application takes 5 to 8 minutes to generate a resume. You may prepare other work while you wait such as filling out a job application.

Computer system requirements: VPN settable to a location in a particular city is required to be used. To apply, please provide the following: 1. Your own calculated effective hourly rate, based on your answers to #1 and #2 (i.e., quoted price ÷ anticipated hours to complete 60 job applications). 4. Confirm you're able to work under your quoted price on an ongoing basis (for future batches of 60 job application submissions).
