I need a straightforward desktop application that lets me record income and expenses on my Windows PC and quickly move that information in and out of the system. The core requirement is reliable data import/export—CSV is fine, but if you have a smarter approach I’m open to it. Beyond the basics of adding, editing, and deleting transactions, the interface should feel lightweight: no heavy installs or steep learning curves. If you can package everything in a single-click installer or a portable executable, even better. Deliverables: • Windows-ready executable (or installer) • Working import/export module with clear field mapping • Brief user guide covering setup and daily use I’ll test by importing a sample CSV, making a few edits, exporting again, and confirming data integrity. Once that round-trip works flawlessly, the job is complete.
