Commercial Revit MEP Conceptual Design

I’m kicking off a new commercial build and need the core MEP concept drafted directly in Revit. My immediate focus is on HVAC and Electrical layouts; plumbing will follow later, so for now please ignore it. Scope • Model a clean, clash-free conceptual Revit MEP file that shows all major HVAC components (air-handling units, trunk ducts, VAV branches) and primary electrical distribution (switchboards, risers, major conduit runs). • Size equipment and feeders only to the extent required for space planning and load checks—no construction-level schedules yet. • Keep families lightweight and properly categorized so we can evolve the same model into detailed and construction stages. Deliverables 1. Revit (.rvt) file saved in the latest stable release plus a 2022 back-save. 2. Two pdf plan sets (HVAC, Electrical) exported at 1:100 for stakeholder review. 3. Short design narrative outlining key assumptions and load summaries. Acceptance criteria • Logical routing without hard clashes in Navisworks or Revit interference check. • All objects hosted on the correct levels and worksets named clearly. • File opens with no missing families or unresolved warnings. I’m ready to share the architectural shell and load data as soon as we connect, and I’ll be available for quick turnaround feedback.
