I have a collection of Hindi educational books that exist only in print. I need every word re-typed accurately into plain UTF-8 text files. No fancy layout is required—just clean, line-by-line Hindi text with natural paragraph breaks. You are free to work in whichever text editor you prefer; once finished, simply deliver .txt files named after each book or chapter. Accuracy matters more than speed, so please proof-read your work before submission.
