Art Show Event Assistant Needed this Saturday 9/26

This Saturday, Sep 26th we’re hosting an art show in Seattle at The Ruom in Pioneer Square. I’d love an extra pair of capable hands to keep everything flowing effortlessly. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming artists and guests at the door, answering simple questions, and, when required, lending light assistance with rehanging or straightening pieces so every canvas looks perfect under the lights. Because the show is already fully planned, your main goal is to monitor the floor, notice small issues before they grow, and flag me if anything needs attention. Comfort moving ladders or adjusting picture-hanging hardware is a plus, but the work is not heavy. A calm, professional demeanor in a gallery setting is essential, along with punctuality for the full event window (set-up through closing). Deliverable: seamless on-site support throughout the event, leaving both artists and visitors feeling well looked after.
