B2B Lead Generation & Global ATP Recruitment – IBOSD UK Ltd. Project: Global Authorized Training Provider (ATP) Recruitment Type: 30-Day Pilot – Fixed Fee + Performance Incentives Fixed Fee: GBP 300 Campaign Period: Up to 22 October 2026 Location: Remote / Global About IBOSD – UK Ltd. IBOSD – UK Ltd. is expanding its international network of Authorized Training Providers (ATPs) for modern, skill-based professional programmes. Key IBOSD features include: Practical, workplace-oriented professional programmes Programmes addressing emerging industry requirements PAEP – Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance, focused on demonstrable learner competence and performance Multilingual programme development Student membership benefits CSR-aligned learning approach International ATP delivery network As part of this expansion, the standard GBP 2,000 ATP Authorization Fee is fully waived for qualifying centres approved on or before 22 October 2026. The Assignment We require an experienced B2B Lead Generation / Appointment Setting / Channel Partner Recruitment Specialist or Agency to identify, approach, qualify and recruit training organisations as IBOSD ATPs. This is NOT simply a database-building assignment. The process is: Research → Decision-Maker Identification → Outreach → Follow-up → Qualification → ATP Application → Approval → Activation IBOSD will handle final due diligence and approval. Target Organisations Prospects may include: Safety/HSE and fire-safety training centres Technical/vocational training providers ESG, sustainability and environmental training providers ISO/management-system training providers Corporate/professional training organisations Oil & gas, construction and manufacturing training providers Aviation, hospitality and facility-management training centres Other credible professional training organisations For safety/HSE prospects, preference should be given to centres that do not currently offer NEBOSH programmes, where reasonably verifiable. Prospect Database – Up to 15,000 Organisations The campaign database objective is up to 15,000 relevant potential ATP organisations, delivered progressively: Bundle 1: Approx. 5,000 Bundle 2: Approx. 5,000 Bundle 3: Approx. 5,000 Outreach must begin from the first bundle. The contractor should not wait for all 15,000 records before starting outreach. Where reasonably available, records should include: Organisation | Country | City | Website | Email | Telephone | WhatsApp | Decision-Maker | Designation | LinkedIn | Training Category | NEBOSH Status where relevant | Source | Outreach Status Duplicate, fabricated, irrelevant or knowingly inaccurate records will not be accepted. All campaign data generated for this project must be provided to IBOSD. Contractor Responsibilities The contractor will: Research suitable organisations and decision-makers Build and verify the prospect database Conduct professional email/LinkedIn and other appropriate B2B outreach Manage follow-ups Qualify interested organisations Explain the ATP opportunity using IBOSD-approved information Encourage qualified organisations to submit the ATP application Coordinate interested prospects with IBOSD Track applications, approvals and activations Provide weekly campaign/conversion reports GBP 300 Fixed Fee – Three Milestones Milestone 1 – GBP 100 Deliver the first approx. 5,000 prospects, establish the campaign and commence outreach/follow-up. Milestone 2 – GBP 100 Deliver the second approx. 5,000 prospects, continue outreach, follow-up and qualification, and provide an interim performance report. Milestone 3 – GBP 100 Deliver the final approx. 5,000 prospects, continue outreach through campaign completion and provide the final database and performance report. Total Fixed Fee: GBP 300 Quality and relevance are more important than simply achieving a numerical database target. Pilot Performance Target The pilot objectives are to: Build a database of up to 15,000 relevant ATP prospects Conduct systematic outreach and follow-up Generate qualified ATP applications Target approximately 35 successfully approved ATPs, subject to market response and IBOSD due diligence Encourage approved ATPs to generate learner registrations IBOSD's broader objective is approximately 350 active ATPs globally. This is a longer-term expansion objective, not a guaranteed one-month deliverable. Strong performers may be offered an extended assignment. ATP Recruitment Performance Incentives In addition to the GBP 300 fixed fee: ATPs #1–5: No additional incentive ATPs #6–10: GBP 20 per approved ATP ATPs #11–19: GBP 30 per approved ATP ATPs #20–25: GBP 40 per approved ATP ATPs #26–35: GBP 50 per approved ATP The incentives are progressive, not retrospective. Example: 25 Approved ATPs Fixed Fee: GBP 300 #6–10: 5 × GBP 20 = GBP 100 #11–19: 9 × GBP 30 = GBP 270 #20–25: 6 × GBP 40 = GBP 240 Total = GBP 910 At 35 approved ATPs, total payment = GBP 1,410. What Qualifies as an Approved ATP? For incentive purposes, the organisation must: Be a new prospect attributable to the contractor; Be a genuine operating training/education organisation; Submit the official ATP application and required information; Pass IBOSD eligibility/due diligence; Receive formal IBOSD ATP approval; and Complete the required acceptance/agreement process. Database entries, emails, LinkedIn connections, meetings, expressions of interest or incomplete applications do not qualify. Existing IBOSD prospects, duplicates, fraudulent/rejected applications and incomplete/withdrawn applications do not qualify. Additional GBP 10 ATP Activation Incentive The contractor receives an additional GBP 10 one-time activation incentive for each newly recruited ATP that registers its first genuine paid learner with IBOSD. This is GBP 10 per activated ATP, not per learner, and each ATP qualifies only once. Learner registration/payment must be confirmed by IBOSD.
