Vendor Market Research Calls

I’m running a market-research survey aimed at current and prospective vendors and I need an experienced cold caller to handle the outreach from start to finish. Your primary objective is to conduct the survey itself—not to sell—so the calls must feel conversational while still capturing every data point word-for-word. You’ll receive: • A contact list of vendors with phone numbers and basic company details • A draft script outlining the survey questions and logical follow-ups Your role will be to refine the script for flow, make the calls, record each response accurately, and keep concise call notes (date, time, outcome). I’d like a short progress summary at the end of each day and the completed survey spreadsheet at project close. The ideal freelancer is comfortable navigating gatekeepers, can think on their feet when vendors offer unexpected insights, and speaks clear, neutral English. Familiarity with basic CRM or spreadsheet tools for logging results is a plus. Once you’re onboard I’ll share the full questionnaire and any compliance wording that must be read verbatim.
