Social Video Promo for App

The focus platforms are Instagram and YouTube, so every video should be formatted for vertical viewing, make smart use of captions, and close with a concise call-to-action that drives app installs. The overall feel I’m after is educational and informative rather than flashy; quick, clear explanations that help people “get it” within the first few seconds. Content direction • Each clip should highlight one core feature of the app, solving a real user pain point. • Tone: friendly instructor—show, explain briefly, and invite viewers to try it for themselves. • Keep it tight: 15–45 seconds for Instagram Reels, up to 60 seconds for YouTube Shorts.
