Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to make technical decisions while mentoring other developers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services. Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices. Lead technical architecture and design discussions. Develop frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Build backend systems using Node.js, Python, or C#/.NET. Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. Implement cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Review code and establish engineering best practices. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders. Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, security, and reliability. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. Experience designing REST APIs and distributed systems. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and security. Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or serverless architecture. Experience with AI/LLM integrations. Experience working in startup environments. Experience with system design and performance optimization. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
