Brochure Photo Text Extraction

I have a set of high-resolution brochure photos and need every word they contain transferred into clean, plain English text—no styling, no layout recreation, just the raw copy ready for editing. Because the images are crisp, most of the work can be handled with a solid OCR workflow (Tesseract, Adobe OCR, ABBYY FineReader, or any tool you trust), but I still want a human eye on the result to catch stray recognition errors and ensure the spelling, punctuation, and line breaks match the originals. Here is what I will provide: • A zipped folder of all brochure images in JPG and PNG formats, each shot at print-quality resolution. • A quick naming convention so you can label the output files exactly the same for easy cross-reference. Here is what I expect back: 1. One plain-text (.txt) file per image, using UTF-8 encoding. 2. Every line of text captured exactly as it appears, including headings, body copy, footnotes, and any disclaimers. 3. Obvious OCR mistakes corrected manually—no random symbols, no garbled words. 4. A brief completion log noting any illegible areas or uncertainties so I can double-check them later. If you are comfortable running accurate English OCR and proofreading the output, this should be a straightforward task.
