**RECRUITMENT NOTICE** ### Kobitar Jhuri Sahitto Potrika *“Stories of Life, Word by Word.”* **Position: Magazine Formatting & PDF Layout Assistant** Kobitar Jhuri Sahitto Potrika is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who can neatly format content in MS Word and convert the complete magazine into an attractive, well-organized, publication-ready PDF. **Required Skills:** - Basic knowledge of MS Word. - Ability to arrange text, images, headings, and other content neatly. - Knowledge of page layout, fonts, margins, and columns. - Ability to prepare the complete magazine in PDF format. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Format the complete content of our online literary magazine in MS Word. 2. Maintain proper page layouts and present the written content attractively. 3. Insert images, headings, sections, and the table of contents appropriately. 4. Convert the complete magazine into a publication-ready PDF file. **Compensation & Work Terms:** - Payment will be provided on a project basis. - **₹200 per complete magazine project.** This is a payment for the entire magazine, not per page. - The selected individual will be welcomed as a team member of our literary magazine. - Work will be assigned according to the magazine's requirements. **A Note About Our Initiative** Kobitar Jhuri Sahitto Potrika is a new literary initiative led by a student.
