We also have a lots of template messages pre-set in our https://crisp.chat/ Everything is ready and well setup already. I need a reliable pro to take full ownership of our live-chat channel and keep response times lightning-fast for everyday customer questions. All interactions come through Crisp.Chat tied to our SmartX platforms, so solid experience inside comparable customer-management software is important from day one. You’ll be handling only live chat—no phone queues, no overflowing email inbox—just quick, friendly answers to order-status checks, basic product queries and the occasional return request. A background in customer service plus proven skill navigating help-desk or CRM tools is essential. English fluency is a must; any extra languages are a bonus we can explore later. Deliverables I expect • Real-time coverage for the agreed schedule (8 hours per day, for 30 days). • Average first reply under two minutes. • End-of-shift export of chat transcripts with a short note on recurring issues. I’ll supply brand voice guidelines, an FAQ sheet and full system access before your first shift.
