AI Voice Agent / AI Receptionist SaaS Platform Development

We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent developer or development team to build a scalable, white-label AI receptionist/voice agent SaaS platform. The product will allow businesses to deploy AI voice agents that can handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate naturally with customers, qualify leads, schedule appointments/bookings, handle customer requests, transfer calls to human agents, and integrate with business systems. We are looking to build this as a multi-tenant white-label SaaS platform, allowing agencies and businesses to use the solution under their own branding. We are currently evaluating hospitality and several other industries as the initial target vertical, and the platform should ultimately be flexible enough to support multiple industries. We have reviewed several existing AI voice products and have reference decks/material available. Detailed requirements, workflows, architecture expectations and product documentation will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We are looking for someone with experience in: - AI Voice Agents / Conversational AI - LLM, RAG and AI agent workflows - Real-time voice conversations - Twilio/SIP or similar telephony platforms - Speech-to-text / text-to-speech - SaaS & multi-tenant architecture - CRM/API integrations - White-label SaaS platforms - Cloud deployment and scalable architecture When applying, please share: 1.
