Über den Job

Ready to start or take the next step in your pharmacy career? At Montu, we are doing things differently, and that includes how we recruit. We are growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and patient-focused individuals to join our pharmacy team in Winnersh Triangle. Whether you are looking to take your first step into healthcare, explore a new career in pharmacy or bring your existing pharmacy experience to a rapidly growing organisation, we would love to meet you. We are hosting a Pharmacy Assessment Centre on Monday 2 November 2026 , giving you the opportunity to experience a different approach to recruitment, demonstrate your skills and learn more about what it is like to work at Montu. You do not need previous pharmacy experience for all of our opportunities. For our entry-level positions, what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and genuine commitment to making a difference to patients. Our pharmacy is busy. Really busy. It is a lively, energetic environment where things move quickly, teamwork is essential and no two days are quite the same. If you enjoy being on your feet, working alongside others and being part of a team where everyone has a role to play, you could feel right at home. Behind every prescription we process is a patient relying on us to get things right. Whether you are packing medication, dispensing prescriptions or completing final accuracy checks, your contribution matters. Opportunities Available We are recruiting across several positions within our pharmacy team, with opportunities for both experienced pharmacy professionals and individuals looking to enter the industry. Pharmacy Assistant An excellent entry point into the pharmacy sector, with no previous pharmacy experience required. You will support the day-to-day operations of our busy pharmacy, including preparing orders, packing medication, supporting stock management and helping ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently. Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser Looking to develop a career in pharmacy? This could be your opportunity. No previous dispensing experience is required. You will receive training and support as you develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to work within our dispensing team. You will learn about prescription processing, medication handling, accuracy, pharmacy procedures and the importance of maintaining high standards of patient safety. Pharmacy Dispenser For individuals with an existing dispensing qualification and experience working within a pharmacy environment. You will support the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions, working closely with pharmacists, technicians and the wider pharmacy team. You will need excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of pharmacy procedures and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing high prescription volumes. Accuracy Checking Dispenser We are looking for qualified and experienced Accuracy Checking Dispensers who can help maintain the high standards of accuracy and patient safety expected within our pharmacy. You will undertake accuracy checking duties within the scope of your qualification, training and authorisation, supporting the efficient processing of prescriptions and working collaboratively with the wider team. You will play an important role in maintaining dispensing accuracy, supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring our processes meet the required professional and regulatory standards. You will bring confidence, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume dispensing environment. What Is Our Pharmacy Assessment Centre? Our Pharmacy Assessment Centre is designed to be an engaging, practical and interactive experience where you can demonstrate your abilities, meet members of the Montu team and gain a better understanding of our working environment. You can expect a combination of practical and team-based activities designed to assess skills relevant to working within our pharmacy, including: Attention to detail and accuracy Literacy and the ability to follow written instructions Working effectively with others Organisation and the ability to follow processes Speed and efficiency without compromising accuracy Communication and problem-solving We are not expecting everyone to arrive with pharmacy knowledge, particularly those applying for our entry-level opportunities. We are interested in how you approach tasks, how you work with others and whether you have the right attitude to succeed in our environment. What happens after the assessment centre? Candidates who successfully complete the assessment centre will be invited to attend a further on-site interview at Montu on a later date. Please note that attendance at the assessment centre does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment. What Are We Looking For?
