The role

As an intern in the CRO office in a wide range of strategic and operational projects, such as supporting communications, tech-org enablement or evaluations of our offerings.

The role

offers a unique proximity to state-of-the-art GenAI research, and you will be able to work with some of the brightest scientists in the field. You’ll contribute to a breadth of initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; one week, you might be supporting our model release pipeline; another week, you’ll be helping coordinate blog posts and conference talks. We are looking for working students or full-time interns for a duration of 6 months or longer, starting as soon as possible in our Heidelberg or Berlin office . Please indicate your preferred location in your application. The position is open for gap year or end-of-study interns.

Who you are

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, tech, venture capital, high-growth startups, or similar. Alternatively, if you’ve built an impressive project or company, we’d love to hear about it in your application. We welcome applicants from a wide range of educational backgrounds (incl. business, engineering, natural sciences, …). A finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is nice to have, but not required. You are a versatile generalist who can jump on any topic and get things done! You have an entrepreneurial self-starter mindset and an ability to work under uncertainty. You are humble, self-aware, and a team player. Fluent in English, German is a plus. Your responsibilities: As an Intern, you can be asked to work on almost any subject, for example: Strategic projects : Drive a number of strategically important topics such as community-growth efforts, and extension of our project management framework. Internal & external communication : Develop high-quality material for internal and external stakeholders that concisely communicates our mission, research, and results.
