Gehört dieses Unternehmen Ihnen?Introduction to Role & Team Badoo is one of the world's largest dating apps, connecting millions of people across the globe. It's a mature, much-loved product with enormous reach, and we're in the middle of an ambitious chapter: modernising the experience, sharpening how we help members find real connections, and building a healthier, more sustainable business. As a Senior Product Designer on Badoo, you'll help shape that next chapter. You'll take end-to-end ownership of meaningful surfaces - onboarding, people discovery, chatting,, and the monetisation experiences that sit alongside them - designing for a global, diverse, and value-conscious membership. This is high-craft product design under real-world constraints: a lean, fast-moving team, an experiment-led culture, and a design foundation we're actively rebuilding. You'll be a key voice at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and data - balancing sharp product thinking and strong craft with commercial pragmatism and a deep respect for the people who use Badoo. If you're energised by scale, comfortable making trade-offs explicit, and want your work to move both member and business outcomes, this is a rare canvas to work on. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end design for multiple Badoo surfaces leading the work from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual polish, and delivery. Design experiences that balance member value with commercial impact: paywalls, consumables and subscription flows that feel fair and clear. Monetisation is central to Badoo's roadmap, and great design is what makes it work for members and the business. Work in an experiment-led way. Most meaningful changes ship as A/B tests with clear hypotheses and guardrails, so you'll design for iteration and learning, not just a single polished hand-off, and stay close to the results. Help modernise Badoo's design foundations. Our design system is a work in progress; you'll contribute patterns and components that raise consistency and quality across a large, mature product. Collaborate closely with PMs, UXR, data science, and engineers to frame problems, validate hypotheses, synthesise insights, and evolve designs based on evidence, accepting that data is sometimes imperfect and that judgment matters. Ship pragmatically within a lean team. Prioritise for member and business outcomes over perfection, make trade-offs explicit, and know when to push for the ideal experience and when to ship a well-reasoned version. Design for a global, inclusive audience - a diverse international membership across many markets, languages, and devices - and for platform and compliance requirements as they evolve. Apply AI-powered tools and methods to accelerate exploration, improve accessibility, and personalise experiences responsibly. Give and receive design critique with precision and care while elevating the work around you and modelling a culture of high craft standards. Model Bumble’s core competencies: collaborate with purpose, take ownership, adapt with agility, and deliver from insight to impact. Embody our values of Courage, Respect, and Joy in how you work and the experiences you create. About You You’re an experienced end-to-end product designer with a track record of delivering thoughtful, high-quality mobile experiences from ambiguity to release. You have a strong product mind: you frame problems before jumping to solutions, connect design decisions to user and business outcomes, and think in systems as much as screens. You're commercially fluent and comfortable designing monetisation experiences that feel fair, and are a well-crafted part of the product rather than a bolt-on. You thrive with constraints. You're pragmatic about scope, comfortable in a lean and fast-moving team, and energised by working on a mature product that needs modernising. You're at home in an experiment-driven environment: designing for A/B tests, iterating on results, and reasoning under uncertainty in a two-sided marketplace where impact is hard to predict. Your visual and interaction design craft is strong, your work is polished, considered, and reflects a deep understanding of what makes digital experiences feel right. You bring real intentionality to your process: from how you frame a problem to how you design a transition, your work shows rigour, purpose, and care. You balance user empathy with commercial pragmatism and know when to push for the ideal experience and when to ship a well-reasoned version. You’re fluent in Figma and modern prototyping tools and you use them to think as well as to communicate. You’re grounded in inclusive design principles and accessibility standards, and you bring a global mindset to your work. You’re curious about AI’s role in product experiences and you apply these tools with ethical care and creative intention. You take full ownership of your work: you drive things to a conclusion, communicate proactively, and build trust with partners across disciplines. Typically requires 5-8 years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills. ✨ Kind, curious, and low-ego designers thrive at Bumble Inc . If you’re excited to shape how people around the world form relationships and find belonging, we’d love to hear from you.
