Telecaller Needed for Client Acquisition

I am looking to hire a motivated and confident Telecaller for a client acquisition and lead generation role. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced telecallers and newcomers who have good communication skills and are willing to learn. New freelancers are welcome to apply. The selected freelancer will work as a Telecaller and help contact potential business clients, introduce our services, and identify businesses that are interested in discussing their requirements further.

Responsibilities

Call potential business clients. Communicate professionally and confidently. Introduce our services and create initial interest. Understand the client's basic requirements. Identify genuinely interested clients. Share interested client details with me for further discussion. Maintain a simple record of calls and follow-ups. I will provide proper guidance about the calling process, how to approach clients, and what information needs to be collected. You do not need technical knowledge or previous website development experience. This is a commission-based opportunity. You will receive 30% commission for every client you successfully bring who confirms and pays for a project. For example, if a client confirms a ₹50,000 project, you will receive ₹15,000 as your commission. There is no fixed limit on earnings. The more successful clients you bring, the more you can earn.

Requirements

Good communication skills. Comfortable talking to business owners over phone calls. Hindi and/or English speaking ability. Basic understanding of telecalling or willingness to learn. Ability to communicate professionally and maintain follow-ups. Experienced Telecallers, Business Development Executives, Lead Generation specialists, and new freelancers are all welcome to apply.
