Toddler App Cartoon Asset Design

My Android learning app for toddlers is almost ready; the last piece is a cohesive pack of cartoon-style image assets that match the detailed design brief I’ll attach once we start. The visuals must feel playful yet calm, so think soft outlines, simplified shapes, and a neutral, slightly muted palette rather than the usual bright neon. See attached detailed design brief. Any proposal that does not begin with "I have read the design brief till the end." Will automatically be ignored.
