Contemporary Residential Villa — Architectural Design & Visualization Project Overview A contemporary residential design developed with a focus on functional planning, clean architectural language, natural light, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design explores how a modern residence can balance privacy, openness, circulation, and everyday functionality while maintaining a refined visual identity. Scope of Work - Architectural planning and space organization - Concept development - Floor plans and spatial layouts - Elevation and façade design - 3D architectural modelling - Exterior architectural visualization - Interior spatial development - Material and colour selection - Presentation drawings Design Approach The residence was developed around a simple contemporary architectural vocabulary, using controlled geometry, carefully framed openings, layered volumes, and a balanced material palette.
