On-Site IT Technicians Required for IT Asset Inventory Across Australia Project description We are recruiting experienced and reliable local IT technicians for an upcoming on-site IT asset inventory and verification project across several regional locations in Australia. This is an on-site assignment and cannot be completed remotely. Technicians may apply for one or multiple locations. Project locations: - Mallala, SA 5502 - Echuca, VIC 3564 - Dimboola, VIC 3414 - Sea Lake, VIC 3533 - Charlton, VIC 3525 - West Wyalong, NSW 2671 - Nyngan, NSW 2825 - Crystal Brook, SA 5523 - Narrabri, NSW — exact address to be confirmed - The Gums, QLD 4406 Scope of work: - Physically verify IT equipment and assets - Identify inventory items and asset tags - Record the make, model, serial number and other hardware details - Verify existing asset labels - Apply asset labels where required - Confirm the condition and physical location of each asset - Take clear photographs of equipment and identification labels - Report missing, additional, damaged or inaccessible assets - Complete the supplied inventory spreadsheet or documentation - Submit a completion report after the site visit Requirements: - Must be based in Australia - Must be able to attend the selected location physically - Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, field services, hardware deployment or IT asset inventory - Strong attention to detail - Own reliable transport and smartphone - Laptop may be required - Ability to work independently and follow written instructions - Good written and spoken English - Active ABN and appropriate public liability insurance preferred When submitting your proposal, please include: - Your current suburb, state and postcode - The project location or locations you can cover - Your relevant IT experience - Your availability - Your estimated travel distance - Your total price for each location, including labour and travel expenses - Confirmation of whether you hold an active ABN and insurance Full site addresses, access details, inventory templates and work instructions will only be provided to selected technicians.
