Cross-Platform Productivity App Design

The goal is to create a sleek, intuitive productivity app centred on real-time collaboration tools and available on iOS, Android, and the web. Wireframes, high-fidelity UI mock-ups, and a clickable prototype should all align to a single design system so users enjoy the same polished experience regardless of device. Key screens will include shared workspaces, live commenting panels, file-sharing modules, notifications, and profile settings. Smooth hand-off files (Figma preferred, but Sketch or Adobe XD are fine) need to be organised with clearly named layers, component libraries, and responsive variants for mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints. Acceptance criteria • Consistent branding and typography across platforms • Fully interactive prototype covering main user flows: join workspace, create/share content, comment in real time • Assets exported and labelled for both iOS and Android densities, plus web SVGs • Style guide documenting colours, spacing, and reusable components If additional features such as task management or time tracking become priorities later, the design system must be flexible enough to absorb them without major rework.
