3D CAD Part Modeling Needed -- 2

I have a hand-drawn sketch in PDF/image form and I’m looking for a precise 3D CAD part model built from it. CATIA is the preferred platform, so please be comfortable delivering a fully editable CATIA file (along with a neutral STEP file if that helps your workflow). You will receive: • The source sketch/PDF with all marked dimensions. • Notes on material and a small tolerance chart. What I expect back: • A clean, fully constrained CATIA 3D model that matches every dimension in the sketch. • The file should open without errors, feature history intact. • A quick screenshot or lightweight viewer export so I can preview the geometry before final hand-off. Timeline is important; let me know how quickly you can turn this around once you see the sketch.
