I need a dedicated recruiter who can jump straight onto the phone, cold-call incoming leads, and lock in customer-service staff who are able to start the very same day. You will work full-time, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM-7 PM Eastern, and begin with a paid three-week training and evaluation period so we can fine-tune your approach before you fly solo. Fluent, confident spoken English is essential because most of the job happens on live calls. A background sourcing talent for cleaning or similar high-turnover service industries will make it much easier for you to recognise the right attitude and reliability in applicants. Please focus your proposal on the recruiting experience that proves you can fill urgent customer-service vacancies under tight deadlines—numbers, time-to-hire metrics, call-volume stats, or anything concrete that shows you have done this before are welcome. Once you are up to speed you will: • Dial the leads I supply, screen them on the spot, and schedule onboarding without delay • Keep a healthy pipeline so we can cover last-minute call-outs and seasonal spikes • Maintain simple daily reports in Google Sheets so we both see progress at a glance By the end of the training period I expect you to manage the full cycle independently: sourcing, screening, reference checking, and confirming start dates the same day the need arises.
