Fullstack Solidity Developer for stealth startup

**About the Company** This is for a new startup, you'd essentially only be working with me for now. As of now, only a brief is available & everything is in stealth mode. Payment in USDC on a milestone or time-basis. **About the Role** I am looking for an experienced Fullstack Solidity Developer to lead efforts on a new project related totoken distribution, Uniswap pools and incentive design. Looking for someone who can think along and see the bigger picture engineering decisions create. Security is key. Looking for someone with a flexible mindset; it's a startup so things can change quickly. Will be looking for an overall project price estimation based on detailed developer brief. Initially on a freelance basis, but if everything works out well could be on a more permanent basis in which case there is also the opportunity to lead the dev team. **Requirements:** - Professional experience in Solidity (e.g., EVM-based languages, smart contract compilers), on projects securing high TVL - Strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and smart contract execution models - Familiarity with Uniswap, ideally also with V4 & hooks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - English-speaking & flexible mindset. - Available on short notice & with high throughput **Deliverable** Looking for someone who owns this process end-to-end. This would be including documentation, smart contracts, deployment, testing, internal auditing etc. Timeline is ASAP. Depends on your estimation of time, but the goal is to be up and running in the next few weeks. **Compensation** Range for this role is based on a first estimation of project size, but open to hear your suggestions based on the brief.
