Long-Term: Strategic Operations Partner (Petroleum Logistics) - Night Shift Project Budget: ₹100,000 / month (Fixed) + Performance Bonuses Project Type: Ongoing / Long-Term /Full time Contract based Location: Remote (India-based freelancers only) Project Overview: We are looking for an autonomous, highly experienced Strategic Operations Partner to manage U.S. petroleum logistics, supply chain finance, and overnight operations. This is a critical, long-term contract role requiring a professional who can operate independently during U.S. business hours. Shift Schedule (Fixed): Critical Requirement: You must have at least 2+ years of verified night shift experience to be considered for this project. Core Deliverables & Responsibilities: Live Logistics Management: Handle real-time truck routing, fuel procurement, and live supply chain emergencies. Client & Vendor Relations: Act as the direct point of contact for U.S. suppliers, vendors, and clients (no middle management). Finance & Admin Control: Perform daily bank reconciliations, audit fuel invoices, and manage data entry. System Optimization: Standardize processes by creating operational dashboards and writing step-by-step SOPs. Required Freelancer Profile: Experience: 4+ years of cross-functional experience bridging Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Administration. Industry Expertise: Proven background in petroleum, fuel distribution, or heavy logistics industries. Technical Stack: Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and hands-on QuickBooks/Xero data entry experience. Communication: Flawless, assertive spoken and written English, capable of confidently directing U.S. truck drivers and suppliers. Mindset: Extreme ownership and autonomy. You must be comfortable making live operational decisions under pressure without supervision.
