Subtle Portrait Retouching Needed

I have a small set of portraits that just need a light professional touch in Photoshop. The focus is on refining skin, facial features, and overall body appearance while keeping everything looking authentic—no heavy glamor or exaggerated effects. Please smooth minor blemishes, even out tones, and gently enhance contrast or sharpness where it helps, but avoid anything that makes the images feel over-edited. Final files should be returned in the same resolution as supplied, layered PSD (so I can tweak if needed) plus flattened high-resolution JPEGs ready for web and print. If you specialize in natural, subtle retouching and can turn these around quickly, I’d love to see a couple of before-and-after examples from your past work when you send your proposal.
