I’m looking to have a concise, easy-to-use system built that lets me record, review, and report on my organisation’s financial transactions in one place. At minimum the tool must allow me to enter new transactions, edit or void existing ones, search and filter by date or category, and generate straightforward summaries I can export (CSV or PDF). Data integrity and security are essential, so please outline how you intend to protect stored information and handle user authentication. I’m flexible on technology—choose whatever stack you’re most comfortable with—but the finished product should run reliably in a modern browser without requiring paid third-party licences. Deliverables • A working web-based application (source code included) • Database schema and installation instructions • Brief user guide covering daily operations and basic troubleshooting I’ll test by loading sample records, running basic CRUD operations, and exporting a month-end report.
