Monetize Existing AI Influencer Quickly

I already run an AI-generated influencer account on Fanvue, Instagram and TikTok, posting a steady mix of short-form videos and curated images. The follower base is growing but revenue is still negligible, so my focus for the next four weeks is clear: convert attention into paid subscriptions and brand income. Here is what I want to accomplish during that timeframe—feel free to suggest the best sequence or extra tactics if you see gaps: • Refine positioning and tone so the virtual persona feels consistent across all three platforms while gently funnelling fans toward Fanvue’s paid tier. • Design a 30-day content calendar (videos + images) that balances viral reach pieces with exclusive, pay-walled teasers. • Set up or optimise revenue levers—Fanvue pricing tiers, bundle offers, limited drops, shout-out packages, affiliate links—tracking everything in basic dashboards. • Launch and monitor targeted growth pushes on Instagram Reels and TikTok (native ads, stitch/duet challenges, collabs with micro-creators). • Provide weekly KPI snapshots: follower growth, engagement %, CTR to Fanvue, paid conversion rate and net revenue. Acceptance criteria 1. At least one Fanvue tier shows >5 % conversion from social traffic. 2. Overall monthly net revenue exceeds current baseline by a noticeable margin I can reinvest (I’ll share the baseline privately). 3. Simple analytics sheet delivered so I can continue tracking after the engagement ends. You’ll have full access to existing content libraries, account insights and brand guidelines the moment we agree on the plan. Timing is tight—everything needs to roll out and start showing traction within a month—so efficiency and clear communication are a must.
