Sobre el empleo

I run a portfolio of professional-grade pharmaceutical courses and now wish to scale enrolments. I am putting together a commission-only sales force within the country, and I’m looking for proven closers who can turn qualified leads into paying students. Solid sales experience is the must-have; familiarity with pharma is of course an advantage but I’m happy to brief you on the technical details as long as your selling skills are sharp. Territory You will focus exclusively on domestic prospects—training institutes, pharmacy owners, field reps looking to upskill, final-year students and anyone else who could benefit from structured pharma education. Core outreach methods Expect to work through: • Cold calling • Online marketing (social channels, email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) • Face-to-face meetings when that seals the deal What success looks like Every completed enrolment that you directly generate earns you an agreed commission percentage, paid promptly after the student’s fee clears. I supply course brochures, pricing grids, slide decks, and FAQs; you supply drive, persistence, and creative prospecting. Deliverables • Weekly report of leads contacted, pipeline status, and closed enrolments • Accurate tracking of each student’s source so commissions are transparent • Ongoing feedback on objections you hear, so we can refine messaging together If you are a persuasive communicator who thrives on performance pay, let’s talk and get you selling right away.
