Concrete and steel quantity takeoff from structural drawings (DWG)

I need an experienced quantity surveyor to calculate concrete and rebar quantities from my structural CAD drawings (two DWG files, to be attached). Scope: - Full concrete takeoff by element (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls) in m3 - Reinforcement steel takeoff by element and bar diameter in kg/tons - Clean Excel BOQ with element references matching the drawing grids/levels Requirements: Proven quantity takeoff experience on structural RC projects; work directly from DWG (AutoCAD); share one sample of a previous takeoff.
