Enterprise IT Support & Network Management

I manage an office that runs on an enterprise-level network and I need ongoing, hands-on support to keep everything humming. The core focus is our Network and WiFi infrastructure and the fleet of Windows and macOS workstations plus the software stack we rely on every day. Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: • Proactively monitor and fine-tune our switches, firewalls and access points, resolving any latency or drop-off issues before users notice. • Keep computers patched, secure and compliant, from OS updates to business-critical applications (Microsoft 365, Adobe CC, VPN clients, etc.). • Handle onboarding and off-boarding: user accounts, email, device imaging and license management. • Provide rapid remote or on-site troubleshooting when someone’s connection stalls, software crashes or a conference-room PC misbehaves. • Document configurations, passwords (in a secure vault) and network topology so nothing lives only in one person’s head. Success for me means zero unplanned downtime, clear documentation that I can reference at any time, and prompt communication whenever an issue pops up or a planned change is in motion.
