The set must be accepted by the local building department, so every sheet has to meet NYS Residential Code (and NYC amendments if applicable). Here is what I need from you: • Thorough review of the existing structural plans for code compliance and constructability • Any redlines or minor revisions needed to bring the set to permit-ready status • Final digital PDF bearing your NY PE stamp and signature, plus two hard-copy originals mailed to my address I will supply the current drawings in DWG and PDF, along with soil report and architectural plans.
