Independent B2B Sales Representative — U.S. Market

We are building a team of independent sales representatives to sell B2B solutions in the U.S. market. We are looking for sales professionals with real B2B sales experience, especially in cold calling and selling to businesses. Being located in the United States is preferred, but not required. What matters most is having fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct cold calls and negotiate professionally with U.S. businesses. The sales representative will be responsible for finding their own leads, contacting businesses, presenting the solution, negotiating, and closing customers. Because we work with independent sales representatives, we are looking for people who are independent, communicative, serious, dedicated, persistent, and committed to their work and results, while being capable of managing the sales process without constant training or supervision. You will have the freedom to choose the sales strategy you believe works best. You can use direct cold calling, schedule meetings, give presentations, or use other prospecting methods. We provide the product, direction, structure, and support. You are responsible for prospecting, sales, and results.

Compensation

US$500 for every customer who becomes a paying client. In addition, for every 10 customers closed who remain active and paying, you will receive US$1,250 per month for as long as those customers continue paying. Once you reach 25 active and paying customers, you will receive an additional fixed payment of US$2,500 per month for as long as those customers remain active and paying. We believe good sales representatives should be valued. When a salesperson consistently brings in customers and contributes real value to the business, we believe they should share in the value they help create. These recurring payments are our way of recognizing that contribution. The more good customers you build and keep active, the greater your recurring income can become. There is no traditional fixed salary. Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance and your ability to build a customer base. We are looking for people who want to build something meaningful over time.
