Comprehensive House Extension Drawings

I already have the original CAD file of the property and a set of rough sketches that outline my ideas for the upcoming extension-renovation. Now I need the design package turned into clear, build-ready documentation. Scope of work • Update the existing CAD to show the proposed layout for the whole house, then create separate demolition plans so contractors can see exactly what stays and what goes. • Produce new floorplans that tie the addition seamlessly into the existing footprint. • Develop elevations with full architectural detail—window and door schedules, exterior finishes, key dimensions, and any notes required for permit submission. • Add structural sheets that specify steel and wood members where they interact with the new works (beams, lintels, floor and roof framing). Connections, section cuts, and call-outs should be detailed enough for my engineer and local council to sign off without further clarification. File format & hand-off • Native CAD (DWG) plus PDFs ready for print. • Layering must be tidy and consistent so my builder can easily toggle views. • Please include one revision round after I review the draft set. The quicker you can turn an initial draft, the sooner we can push this project toward permit approval.
